Certified Pre-Owned: Set has been hand verified that every single piece is present and everything has been re-packaged, usually by color.  Set is guaranteed 100% complete! Extra pieces may not be included. Set may come in original box or in a generic box. If set comes with the original box, it may be damaged. Pre-Built: Set has been cleaned and inspected.  Unless otherwise noted, all minifigs will be present and as far as we could tell the set is complete.  However, we do not guarantee 100% completion, as we don't check piece-by-piece. Because of this, pre-built sets sold online are as-is. We do not ship replacement parts, but if you're in the KC area you're welcome to stop by the store and pick up anything that was missing!
